Our 1:1 coaching programs are designed to support individuals in achieving their personal goals and overcoming any obstacles they may face along the way. Through a series of structured sessions, participants will work with individualized support to create a customized plan tailored to their unique strengths and areas for growth.

The process

Consultation

If you are ready to begin your health journey, we invite you to an initial 30 minute consultation to discuss your current areas of concern and the goals you are seeking to accomplish for your health and well-being. In order to facilitate this conversation, please fill out the Discovery Form found under the ‘Book Now’ option detailed under the program offerings below.

Assessment

As we begin our work together, a comprehensive Health History Assessment will be provided to detail the scope of your current lifestyle. Through this practice, we will begin to create your goals within a time frame to ensure both consistency and sustainability. The space provided in our conversation allows for moments of deep reflection to uncover beliefs, patterns, and roadblocks in achieving the personal areas of focus.

Transition

In our working partnership, we will co-create an outlined plan and formulate realistic, attainable actions for you to achieve your goals. I will discuss your progress, address questions and concerns, provide recommendations, tools, frameworks, resources, and give you hands-on support and accountability along the way.

At the end of your program, you will feel confident and empowered to have transformed your health through your own inner transformation. In adopting new habits and lifestyle integrations, you will have the tools necessary to embody a new state of being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually that will enhance all facets of your life.

6 Weeks

Suitable for those seeking targeted lifestyle changes. If you are new to coaching or are interested in support within a specific area, the foundational program serves as a catalyst for transformation. Renewal options available at the end of the program.

For those who are able to invest additional time and energy beyond the introductory program, a three month time frame provides the space to foster meaningful progress towards your goals for long term sustainability.

The extended program offers ample time to overcome various challenges, while establishing new habits and lifestyle changes for long term lifestyle sustainability.
