I’m going to keep things short here, because ultimately this is less about me and more about you and your journey. This work is the culmination of many elements of my true life’s work: transformation from the inside out. Growth is never truly ending and ultimately our health is where it begins and ends for all of us. After closing out a chapter in the world of luxury fashion, I became an Integrative Health Coach because I knew intrinsically our one fundamental luxury in life is just that: our health. We are often standing in our own way, whether consciously or unconsciously. So this is where the journey begins. Where will you go next? Only you can tell me that.

As with any program or regimen, consistency is key. If you are new to coaching or are seeking targeted support, programs are offered for a shorter duration. For those seeking ongoing accountability and support, extended programs are offered to create lasting transformation.
Sessions are offered virtually in the following formats:
6 Weeks: Weekly, 45 minute sessions
12 Weeks: Weekly, 60 minute sessions
6 Months: Biweekly, 60 minute sessions
